I’m a Pharmacist. I know biology. I understand the body.
I totally get that medicine is sometimes the answer. I also know there’s a whole lot more we can do to help ourselves. I’m all for the synchronized use of medicine alongside more holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.
I’m a Yoga teacher
The physical practise of Yoga is only a small portion of the practice. Yoga is so much greater than a series of stretches. To me it’s a lifestyle, it’s being kind to ourselves, it’s peaceful and it’s a ritual we can all bring into our lives so easily.
I hit rock bottom
I used to feel the need to achieve to be worthy of love. That made me a people pleaser. I had no belief in myself and as a result sabotaged anything good that came my way. I now have a whole different perspective on life and my mission is to help you see it, believe it and live it too.
And I realized I had to rebuild myself.
After a period of soul searching, my wellbeing journey began. I let go of my limiting beliefs on a subconscious level and was able to re-wire my thought patterns. I was determined to get my mind and body back on track no matter how long it took.
The holistic route is transformational. I experienced a profound shift in mindset. Improving our thought patterns through breathwork and meditation alongside other practises strengthens the mind/body connection.
